For orders under R500, a flat shipping fee of R90 (including VAT) applies. Orders over R500 qualify for free shipping within South Africa

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery to Cape Town is typically one business day after shipping, while the rest of South Africa can expect 3-4 business days. Central areas within South Africa will likely receive their orders faster than regional or outlying locations. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

Can I track my order

Yes, you can track your order! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress directly through the courier’s website.

Return & Exchanges

Only damaged or incorrect items may be returned. We do not accept returns on used or opened merchandise. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery for assistance with a replacement or refund.
